Asian Ground Beef & Cauliflower Rice
1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 tsp Fresh Ginger Minced
1/4 Sweet Onion Chopped
1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 head of cauliflower
Mince the garlic, onions and ginger and put them in a saucepan with the ground beef.
Cook the ground beef until about 80% done then add the rest of the ingredients.
While the ground beef and ingredients are simmering on low, chop, wash and put the cauliflower into a blender and chop.
Place riced cauliflower in a bowl and microwave for 60 - 90 seconds.
Top with the finished ground beef and enjoy! :-) *We added a side of cucumber for a little green on our plate, but you can add anything you want.
