Garlic Kale Chips


1 cup of bite-sized kale leaves

1 tbsp of olive oil

1/2 tbs minced garlic

1/4 tsp of salt

1/4 tsp of pepper

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/4 tsp chili powder


Mix mined garlic and olive oil together, then add the other ingredients to the bowl and mix.

Place kale pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes.

Check regularly to avoid over cooking as all ovens are different!
