Lemon Garlic Salmon


  • 2-3 lbs Fresh Salmon

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1/2 cup Butter

  • 4 Tbsp Honey

  • 1-2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 Tsp Dried Dill

  • Salt & Pepper to Taste


Per-heat oven at 400, and place tin foil on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, honey, garlic, and dill and pour the sauce into the pan.

Cook the salmon for about 20 min and then move it to broil for an additional 5 min

Remove from the oven and spoon the juices over the salmon then serve & enjoy
