Mushroom Lemon Bone-In Pork

2 Bone-In Pork Chops

1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 Small Onion (Diced)

4 oz Mushrooms (Sliced)

3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

1/2 Lemon Juice

1 tsp Lemon Zest

Salt & Pepper

Heat oil in a pan and add mushrooms and onions. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes.

Add the garlic and continue to cook for about 2 minutes or until you can smell the garlic.

While the mushrooms and onions are cooking, with a paper towel pat the pork dry and salt & pepper both sides.

Once mushroom onion mixture is done, remove from the pan and set aside.

Next place the seasoned pork chops into the pan and cook for about 4 minutes or until brown, then flip the pork and cook for 2 more minutes.

Tip the lemon juice and zest on top of the pork along with the butter and cover.

Continue to cook for about 8 - 10 minutes, depending on how thick the pork is. Pork should be 140°.

Top the pork with the mushroom onion mixture.

Enjoy!
