What we've Learned from decades of training, dieting, and exercising!!

We'd like to start by saying if you're ON a diet, one day you will be OFF a diet. It's completely natural to settle back into your old ways, cravings, and desires.

However we're offering a solution. The biggest thing we've learned over the years to KEEP your body in the best shape it can be while still enjoying life.

Nobody wants to be told that they can't have their favorite food! In fact... that kinda makes us want it more doesn't it? Humans are funny that way.

If you're interested in learning some more of what we know book a call.

We're going to ask you to fill out a questionaire and when you're all done we'll get on the phone whenever you have available.

There were 3 things that fundementally change the way I approached my Diet

Mindset

All the negativity in my life was overwhelming, and I was allowing it to control my life. My body, feelings and attitude, and relationships suffered because I was not handling negativity in a healthy way. So I had to reprogram my own brain.

Training

I started tracking my progress in different ways other than the weight on my scale. I found more positive ways to measure success that made ME happy. The opinions of others soon left my training and I was pushing harder than ever before.

Shit Happens

I started to realize my old habits were holding me back. When I realized I had made a mistake, instead of punishing my self, I decided to look at my failures as learning opportunities. I analyzed them and moved forward stronger than before.

Here's our "normal" routine

Goals

We set a BIG goal for ourselves because why not? I wanna be 7% body fat, who's gonna tell me I cant!?

Lifestyle

I make a few lifestyle changes, but eventually fall back to my old ways and cheat a few times here and there...

Failing

A few more times I lose the battle between my willpower and a donut or two and I consider myself a loser.

No Progress

I get so down on myself that I ditch my goal all together. I'd rather live in ignorant bliss than in tempoary discomfort

Here's how you break the cycle

SMART Goals

We set small, well thought, individual goals that we KNOW we can reach. I plot them out on a timeline and attack them.

Mentorship

I find a mentor who's been in my shoes & beaten my problem before. I take advice and use past failure to my advantage.

Accountability

I find a community to help me stay true to my new goals. When I fail they encourage me to continue and cheer me on!

Tracking

I enjoy the small moments of victory. One day all my victories will amount to one huge goal and it'll be worth it!

Jen trained with us for 3 months. Her goals were to tone up and tighten up as much as possible.

What she didn't know was she would get mental benefits as well!

Her confidence bolstered with every step towards her toned stomach and arms.

Courtney C.

Courtney is a runner. But we go her into the gym as frequently as her training would allow to build the leg strength to run marathons!

Courtney was so proud of her body's transformation she said it was the first time in years she felt comfortable in a bikini!
