On-Demand Personal Trainer
Between work and family life can often get away from you. We often forget to or lack the time to focus on our health & fitness. With on-demand personal training you will have one less thing to worry about because we come to you! If you have a gym at work, we can come there. If you have a home gym, we can come there. We work around your schedule so you can get some "you time".
Our one-on-one on-demand personal training sessions are 45 minutes long and we take full advantage of every minute to give you the best workout! Each session starts with a 10-15 minute warm-up to make sure your muscles are ready for whatever workout we do. During the body of the workout, we push you to the limit and keep you moving the whole time! Then we end with a 5 - 10 minute cool-down to help you recover quickly and correctly.
At Strive Fitness we take the time to identify your fitness goals, asses your current fitness level and develop the right plan that will help you achieve your goals. You can assured knowing you are getting the workout that is right for you.
Online Personal Training:
Sometimes it's not an option to find time to go to the gym and one-on-one personal training just isn't in the budget right now. That should not be the reason you miss out on reaching your fitness goals.
At Strive Fitness we provide a realistic 1-on-1 personal training session with a real personal trainer. we offer 8-week and 10-week long online training packages which come with a number of tools to help you stay consistent, hold you accountable and help you reach your goals.

Group & Corporate Personal Training
Group training is a perfect way for you, your friends or your company to help you reach your fitness goals on a budget. Group fitness is the best way to get a one-of-a-kind experience. Having your friends doing the workouts with you help you stay accountable, your trainer is there to ensure your form and workout routine fit your goals.
This makes group personal training a great option. Even though it is a group personal training session, when you stick with a structured workout plan, you will get the results you want. So grab 2 or 3 friends and start today!

Youth Training Sessions*:
Our children are our future and unfortunately, according to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 19.6% of children and 18.1% of adolescent are obese. More and more children are being bullied in school, and struggling every day with the challenges of growing up.
Working out and feeling in shape can be a big boost to children's self-esteem. At Strive Fitness, we offer special concierge youth personal training sessions (for children under 14) to help them reach goals, prepare for sports tryouts, lose weight and build confidence.
Children are a completely different type of client then adults and we take that and more into account. We make the proper adjustments in the fitness journey to allow your child to progress at an appropriate pace for their age.
*We do require a minimum of 2 sessions a week, and unlike our adult sessions our youth sessions are only 30 minutes long to make sure your child doesn’t get hurt, maintains focus and enjoys the full session.
Group Exercise Classes:
