  • 1 Balance & Stability Day

  • 1 Speed & Agility Day - CARDIO BABY

  • 1 Opt Outside Day - Enjoy Summer outside in the Sun

  • 1 Recovery Workout

Each week you will also receive:

  • Nutrition Tips

  • Meal Prep Tips

  • Healthy Snack and/or Meal Recipes

  • Tips & Demonstrations on "How To" for Gym Equipment

We understand that attitude affects your health. We take the time to work with you to help you reprogram your brain away from seeing fitness as negative, and instead start focusing on the benefits that directly affect you!

Having a welly laid out training program helps take the focus off what you have to do at the gym, instead you can just do it. We work with you to help you find a way that tracks your training and measures your results.

LIFE HAPPENS

We all wake up with a plan of what we hope to accomplish each day, but life has a tendency to throw us curve balls. It is not a failure! Not IF, but when you have a set back, we are there to help you reset, find out why you stumble and move on.

Join Summer Strive Fitness Challenge Group Page:

Each week from the 1st - 31st you will receive:

  • 1 Upper Body at Home Workout (with variations for resistance bands and weights)

  • 1 Lower Body at Home Workout (with variations for resistance bands and weights)

  • 1 Five Min W.O.D

  • 1 Balance and Stability Focused Workout

  • 1 Cardio & Speed/Agility Day

  • 1 Opt Outside Day - Outdoor Fitness

  • 1 Recovery Workout

 

Each week you will also receive:

  • Nutrition Tips

  • Meal Prep Tips

  • Healthy Snack and/or Meal Recipes

  • Tips on Proper Gym Equipment & Demonstrations

 

Not only do you get that awesome stuff, but you have access to a great community of people participating in the same journey as you!
 

You will be able to reach out to our trainers, ask tips, post questions and more. 

 

At the end of the challenge, everyone is requested to share their experience with the group. 

 

Giveaway Guidelines: 

For every day you make a post within the group page, you will receive 1 entry into the drawing. The most entries you can receive is 37 entries!
