Bacon Avocado Bites


INGREDIENTS:

1 Avocados

6-8 Strips of Bacon

1/4 tsp Black Ground Pepper

Pinch of Garlic Powder

Pinch of Salt





DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC)


Remove the rine from around the avocado and slice them into 8 wedges (16 wedges in total)


Sprinkle the avocado with the pepper, salt and garlic powder on both sides.

Wrap each wedge in bacon and place on a baking sheet.


Cook for 12 min or until crispy.


If you have an air fryer, you can cook in batches at 400 from about 8 min Nutrition (per serving): 120 calories, 4 g protein, 3 g carbohydrates, 2 g fiber, 11 g fat, 2 g saturated fat, 190 mg sodium
