Bacon Crusted Pork Chops


INGREDIENTS

2 Pork Chops

4 Slices of Bacon

2 Tsp Mustard

2 Tsp Mayonnaise

1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Salt & Pepper to Taste


DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) Pat the pork dry with a paper towel and salt and pepper both sides and set to one side.


In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooked chop up the bacon into small pieces.


Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together and brush both sides of the pork with the mixture. This will be the binding agent to keep the bacon on.


Coat the pork on both sides with the bacon and place in the oven to cook for about 20-25 minutes or until 145°F inside.
