Bacon Wrapped Enoki
4 oz Enoki Mushrooms
6 Slices of Bacon (cut in thirds)
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C)
Season the Enoki mushrooms with the cayenne, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Divide the Enoki mushrooms into bundles.
Cut the bacon slices into thirds, you may need more slices depending on who many bundles you create. :-)
Take the bacon and wrap it around the bottom of each bundle, use a toothpick to secure the bacon in place.
Place on a baking sheet and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until bacon is nice and crispy.
