Bacon Mushroom Creamy Chicken Thigh


INGREDIENTS

Chicken Seasoning 4 Chicken Thighs

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Garlic Cloves (minced)

2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)

1/2 Tsp Onion Powder

Salt & Pepper


Cream Sauce 4 Slices Bacon (chopped)

8 Oz Mushrooms (Sliced)

4 Garlic Cloves (minced)

1 Tsp Olive Oil

1 C Half & Half

1/2 C Chicken Broth

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese


DIRECTIONS

Pre-heat oven to 400°F (205°C)


In a small bowl combine half the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper.


Brush seasoning on both sides of the chicken thigh.


Over a medium heat, add the other half of the olive oil into a pan and sear the chicken for about 2 minutes on both sides.


Transfer the chicken to a 9 x 9 baking dish and place in the oven for about 20 minutes.


After you pull the chicken out of the oven, pour half of the chicken juice into the pan you used to sear off the chicken. In that pan add the cut up bacon, and garlic. Cook until the bacon is almost done and then add the garlic.


Add the half and half, chicken broth and Parmesan cheese to the pan and simmer for about 1 - 2 minutes.


Add the chicken back to the pan and continue cooking on a medium heat for about 3 - 5 minutes.


Serve & Enjoy!


**May not look pretty, but it taste delicious and taste amazing with a side of broccoli or cauliflower.
