Diet Plays a Bigger Role then People Think

You don't get the results we want by exercise alone. Diet plays a bigger role then we often think.  According to the study published in the medical journal BMJ, women who ate fried chicken once or more per day had a 13% higher risk of death (from any cause) compared with women who did not eat any fried food. Another 2017 study found that people who eat fried potatoes two or more times a week double their risk of an early death compared with those who avoid them. Try taking the next step in healthy eating and challenge yourself to removing some or all of the below:

No Soda

No Sugary Juices

No Junk Food (fried food, candy, chips, cookies ect)

No Fast Food

If you want to take this diet challenge up a notch try to exclude: Bread, Pasta, Processed Sugar, Milk, Corn, Beans and Rice from your meals.
