Baby Portobello Mushrooms & Spinach Recipe!

Looking for something scrumdiddlyumptious to add to your dinner this week!? Try this quick and easy recipe and add some more mushrooms into your life!

(estimate cook time: 15 min):

  1. Melt 3 tbsp garlic butter into a pan with the 8 oz of sliced mushrooms with about 1/4 tsp salt and pepper for about 2-3 min (or until the mushrooms are tender)🍄

  2. Add in about 9 oz of spinach, cover and continue to cook until the spinach wilts (about 2-3 more min)🥬

  3. Reduce the heat to low and add in about 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 🧀

*make sure you wash the mushrooms & spinach before use. If you don't use all the mushrooms be sure to dry them before you toss them in the fridge until next time 😁
