Baby Portobello Mushrooms & Spinach Recipe!

(estimate cook time: 15 min):
Melt 3 tbsp garlic butter into a pan with the 8 oz of sliced mushrooms with about 1/4 tsp salt and pepper for about 2-3 min (or until the mushrooms are tender)🍄
Add in about 9 oz of spinach, cover and continue to cook until the spinach wilts (about 2-3 more min)🥬
Reduce the heat to low and add in about 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
