Protein Banana Bread


Fresh Banana Bread

1 cup Baking Flour

1 cup Quest Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder

1.5 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Salt

6 tbsp Butter Softened

3/4 cup Brown Sugar

2 Eggs whisked

5 Ripe Bananas

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon


Pre-heat Oven to 305 F (175 C)


Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 5 greased pan.


Cook for 50 min

Remove from oven rest for 10 min
