16 oz Mushrooms (estimate 45 mushrooms)
mushroom stems removed and diced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ garlic bulb minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup feta
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp chili peppers
Heat oven to 350° F
Combine all of the above ingredients into a bowl and mix. Place all the mushroom caps on a backing sheet. Fill each cap with some of the mixture. Bake for 20 min and serve!
