Taco Salad
In a frying pan cook up
1 lb of Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
Low Sodium Taco Seasoning (optional)
Diced Fresh Garlic (optional)
**Want some extra protein try adding in some low sodium kidney beans!**
Once cooked,
Take 1 cup of cooked meat
add in:
2 tbsp low fat sour cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup guacamole
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
Salad (as much as desired)
Perfect for a family or even just a couple with leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
