1 Cup Mozzarella
1 Tbs Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp Parmesan
Salt, Pepper & Oregano to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 F (205 C)
Grate zucchini, salt it thoroughly and wait 5-10 min. This will let the water come out of the zucchine.
Drain the zucchini with a cloth, remove as much moisture as possible
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and spread into a thin baking sheet.
Cook for 20 min or until golden brown.
Let cool and enjoy!
