Roasted Butternut Squash Pork


6 Bone-in Pork Chops

8 Mushrooms (sliced)

1 Butternut Squashed (cubed)

1 Garlic Bulb (cloves)

1 can Golden Mushroom Soup

1/2 can of water

2 Tbsp Honey

4 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

2 Tsp Italian Seasoning

Salt & Pepper


Pre Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C)

Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and then generously salt and pepper both sides.

In a 8 x 13 dish place the oil in it. Lay the pork chops in the dish. Add the garlic powder and half of the Italian seasoning.

Cover them with the mushrooms, cubed butternut squash, garlic cloves, honey and the can of soup.

Add the remaining of the Italian seasoning and half a can of water.

Place in the oven and cook for 20 - 30 min or until the pork is 145°F.

Let cool and serve.
