Chickpea Salad

Quick, healthy and easy snack you can take to any potluck. Plus it is delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Avocado

1 Chickpea

1/2 Lemon

1/4 Red Onion (Diced)

2 Cup Tomato (Diced)

2 Cup Cucumber (Diced)

3/4 Green Pepper (Diced)

4 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Red Vinegar

1/2 Tsp Cuman

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper


DIRECTIONS:

Mix everything together

Chill and enjoy! Feel free to add a bit more avocado or spice depending on your preference.
