Crumb Covered Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
2 Pork Chops
1/2 c Evaporated Milk
1 Egg
1/4 c Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (seeds removed)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS
Remove pans from the oven (made that mistake today🤦♀️) and pre-heat it to 375°F (190°C)
In a small bowl combine the egg and evaporated milk.
Pat dry the pork chops and then soak the pork in the milk mixture for about 10 min. I used a plate and flip the pork over at the 5 min mark.
While the pork is soaking combine the remainder of the ingredients into a medium size bowl. Mix them together thoroughly.
Take the pork from the milk mixture and coat both sides with with crumbs
Place the pork on a cooking sheet. I covered my sheet with tin foil (shiny side down unless like me you have a tiny crap oven that only heats from the top and need the heat reflected up to cook the food correctly) for easy clean up!
Toss those bad boys in the oven for 20 min or until the internal temperature is 145°F
Enjoy!
As a steam broccoli lover, I went with broccoli, but pick any veg you prefer and fill up half your plate with it!
