Get Out and Get Active🏄‍♂️

There are countless activities you can do outside, you don't need to just be inside a gym to exercise. It can be something as simple as going for a walk or run outside. What you do each day is completely up to you, but give yourself the goal of spending at least 120 min of each week outside getting your heart rate up and being active.  


That is less than 20 min a day!  There are so many options for outdoor activities, get creative and try something new.

Some things you can do:

  • Swimming

  • Hiking

  • Kayaking

  • Running

  • Golfing

  • Surfing

  • Rock Climbing

  • Ultimate Frisbee

  • Softball or Baseball

  • Kickball

  • And Many Many More

Not only will you benefit from the additional time outside, but the sun is a great way to get Vitamin D. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble secosteroids responsible for increasing the absorption of calcium, magnesium, and phosphate. It has many biological effects such as lowering blood pressure.

Just don't forget the SUNSCREEN!! 🔆
