Lemon Garlic Chuck Steak


Beef chuck blade steak

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

5 Garlic Cloves (diced)

5 Whole Garlic Cloves

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt & Pepper


Pat the steak dry with a paper towel.

Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, diced garlic, cayenne, and paprika.

Take the juice of 3/4 lemon and squeeze onto both sides. Save about a 1/4 of the lemon juice for the end of the cook.

Heat the butter, olive oil and garlic cloves in a pan until it is hot, NOT smoking and burning.

Add the meat to the hot pan and sauté it on each side for about 2 minutes.

Squeeze the last of the lemon juice on the steak right before removing from heat.

Enjoy! **This is a relatively quick cook so have your veggies and sides ready to go before you start preparing the meat.
