Mini Low Carb Quiches
A perfect breakfast prep to have ready to go so you can start the day right! Full and filled with protein!
INGREDIENTS
6 Eggs
2 oz Shredded Cheddar
2 Strips Bacon (cooked & diced)
1 oz Sausage (cooked)
1/4 c Milk
Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a medium sauce pan pre cook both the bacon and sausage.
Dice the bacon up into small pieces.
Combine all the ingredients and mix together.
Grease a cupcake pan and fill each of the cups 2/3 of the way with the mixture.
Place in the oven on a low rack and cook for 12 - 15 min depending on how well done you like your eggs.
