Rosemary Butternut Pumpkin
1/2 Butternut Pumpkin (peel & cubed)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Pre-heat the oven to 400°F (205°F).
While the oven is warming up, take this time to peel and cube the pumpkin. You want the cubes to be about 1".
Put the pumpkin into a medium bowl and add the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and fresh rosemary and mix it all together.
Place the pumpkin on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 35-40 min or until soft. Feel free to cover the baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
Take out and Enjoy!
*If you want to make it puppy friendly - you can always remove the garlic!
