Rosemary Garlic Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
6 Bone-in Pork Chops
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
6 Garlic Cloves (diced)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS Pre-heat the oven to 375° F (190° C).
Heavy salt and pepper both sides of the pork and set aside to get to room temperature.
In a small bowl combine 4 tbsp of olive oil, chopped rosemary and diced garlic. Cover and set to one side while you sear of the pork.
In a pan over medium heat add the remaining olive oil. Once the pan is hot, quickly cook the seasoned pork for 1-2 min on each side.
Place the pork on a cookie sheet (I like to cover the cookie sheet in parchment paper to make for easier clean-up) and brush the olive oil, rosemary and garlic mixture generously over both sides.
Place the pork in the oven and let it cook for 10 - 14 min or until it is 145°.
Let cool and enjoy.
