Sesame Orange Chicken



INGREDIENTS 2 lbs Chicken Breast

2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

Sesame Seeds

Sauce 2 cup Orange Juice

1/4 cup Chicken Broth

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

3 Tbsp Honey

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

2 Tsp Fresh Ginger

1/2 Tbsp Orange Zest

1/2 Tsp pepper


DIRECTIONS Clean & cube the chicken.


In a frying pan over a medium heat add the sesame oil and cook the chicken for about 15 min or until golden brown and crisply on all the sides.


As the chicken is cooking in a medium size bowl stir together the sauce mixture.


Once the chicken is cooked removed set it aside and pour the sauce mixture into the pan you just cooked the chicken in.


Bring the sauce mixture to a boil and stirring continuously for about 15 min or until it starts to thicken.


When the sauce thickens, add the cooked chicken back in + stir to coat the chicken


Take the chicken out and plate it, top with a little extra sauce and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.


Serve with your choice of veggies.
