Sesame Pork Loin & Green Beans


INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Pork Loin

3 c Green Beans (steamed)

1/4 c Soy Sauce

1/2 c Water

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

4 Garlic Cloves (minced)

1 tsp Ginger (minced) 1 Tbsp Corn Starch

2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds


DIRECTIONS: Slice the pork loin into thin strips. In a large sauce pan add the olive oil and sear off the pork loin for about 3 - 5 minutes.



While the pork is cooking in a small bowl combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic & ginger. Wisk


Add the mixture to the pan along with 3 cups of green beans and continue to stir for 2 - 3 minutes.


In a small bowl add the corn starch and water and mix. Add the mixture to the pan immediately and continue to stir. Bring mixture to a simmer and continue to stir until it reduces.


Serve over rice (or cauliflower rice) and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
