Workout of the Week - 9/25/20
Not all the gyms are open and corona is still out there, but that doesn't mean you can't workout at home or at the park.
This cardio focused workout doesn't require any equipment and it is sure to burn a few 100 calories!
Try for a minimum of 3 rounds with 60 - 90 seconds of rest between each round!
